Terms and Conditions:
Rates may fluctuate depending upon the season and are subject to local and state taxes. Rates are single through double occupancy per room. Elm Croft Manor is a non-smoking property. Small pets may be accommodated depending upon availability. Wireless internet access is available throughout the Manor.
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
(late check-in may be arranged in advance)
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is prepared by our in-house chef and is served daily between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. in the formal dining room. Guests may dine in the dining room or the garden patios. If an earlier breakfast is desired, special arrangements may be made for continental service or a to-go bakery bag. If you have special dietary needs, please inform the Manor prior to your arrival so that we may accommodate your needs. The Elm Croft Breakfast Library is listed on the web site.
Credit Card Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit for one night room and tax per room is required at the time the reservation is made. The non-refundable deposit for your stay may be charged to MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Credit cards will be processed for the non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made and the card number is submitted. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to the reserved arrival date. Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will forfeit only the non-refundable deposit of the one night room and tax (per room reserved). Cancellations made closer to arrival, specifically within 14 days of arrival, are non-refundable and forfeit both the non-refundable deposit and the cost of the entire stay. Check-out prior to the scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and is non-refundable. Thank you.
