- Elm Croft Manor is a non-smoking facility
- Elm Croft Manor is a romantic get-away and the comfort of our guests is assured by our policy of no children
- Small pets may be accommodated
- Open June thru October
- One night non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking
- Two night minimum required during the high season (June through October)
- Full payment required two weeks prior to arrival
- Cancellations made less than two weeks before arrival forfeit entire amount due.
- Cancellations made more than two weeks before arrival are charged only the one night non-refundable deposit
